Refund policy

RETURN POLICY
 
We know that not every purchase will work and returns are sometimes needed. We are here to make your return process as easy as possible. After reviewing the return policy below, you can proceed with your return by completing the return form and including it with your package.   • Returns postmarked within 7 days of date received* are eligible for a refund on the original method of payment
  • Returns postmarked within 8-21 days of date received* are eligible for store credit only.
  • We are unable to accept returns on items postmarked after 21 days of date received*.
  • CUSTOM items and items purchased through a school/organization-related presale are FINAL SALE and not eligible for a refund at any time.

 
*For “date received,” we use the delivery date that is listed in the shipment tracking information.
 
Once received at our location, eligible returns will be processed within 5 business days.


Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly suggest choosing a shipping option that provides you with a tracking number so that you can make sure your return makes it back to us. We are not responsible for any returns lost in the return shipping process.
 
All items must be returned to us in their original condition with original tags attached. We will only accept items that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, smoke and perfume free with no makeup or deodorant stains or pet hair.
 
The following items are FINAL SALE:

  • All Accessories (Jewelry, Belts, Scarves, Hats, Etc.)
  • Bralettes and Other Intimates
  • CUSTOM items (Including but not limited to school/team-specific items)
  • Gift Cards
  • Sale Items
  • Items purchased with a discount code or promotional sale of 30% or more

 
Items that do not meet ALL return policy requirements will be deemed ineligible for a refund, returned to you and are subject to additional shipping costs.

Store credits expire 1 year from the issuance date.
 
Damaged Items or Incorrect Orders:
 
Our team conducts quality checks on items and ensures all items are included in your order; however, we are human and know that we sometimes make mistakes. If you happen to receive an item that is damaged or believe something is missing from your order, please let us know.
 

  • Damaged items must be reported prior to wearing the item and within 3 days of date received (as defined above) or it will not be accepted.
  • Tags must be attached.
  • Please contact us immediately at info@spiritsprinkles.com and provide us with a picture of the damaged area or the item(s) you believe are missing from your order. Please include your first and last name and order number.
 
Exchanges:
 
Due to our limited quantity of inventory, we do not offer direct exchanges because we cannot guarantee that the item you are trying to exchange will be available when we process your return. If you need a different size or color, you can either:
 
  • Reorder the item in the size or color you need and send the original item back to us for a refund or store credit, according to the timeline set forth under “RETURN POLICY” above.
  • Send the item back and indicate that you would like store credit for the return and use the store credit to repurchase the item in the size or color you would like.

 

Price Adjustments:

 
We are unable to offer price adjustments for temporary promotions or discounts. Adjustments cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before the promotion discount was activated. During promotions, please make sure your discount is applied to the order total prior to completing order.

 

Returning Your Items:

  1. Refer to the complete return policy above to ensure that your return meets all criteria.
  2. Complete the return form and include it inside the package with the item(s) you are returning.
  3. Return your item(s) via your carrier of choice. 
  4. Once your package is received, please allow up to 5 business days for processing.
